"I just closed a loan with Scott Merdes and sent the comment card back this morning via mail. However, I wanted to let you know that I have had to move around a lot in 25 years and think I have closed 12-15 loans for homes and refinancing and I have never had such a great experience. Scott Merdes was the first loan officer I have ever worked with who was actually right on top of everything. I had a copy of my appraisal before I even asked for it, which has never happened before and it is the first time that I sat down at closing and didn't have some type of information snag where a call or fax had to be made to rectify it. He always provided me with numbers and any information that I asked for in a timely if not speedy fashion. For the loan to close as quickly as it did, with the mortgage industry being swamped is a testament to Scott and your organization.
